Whip up the cream and combine with the quark, 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur, 2 tablespoons of ginger syrup, and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
You can use it right away, but it will be a bit runnier. Rinse the strawberries and remove the stems. Slice the strawberries into quarters and set them aside.
Rinse and chop up the lemon basil leaves. Start with a layer of strawberry quarters, a small amount of the chopped basil, then crumble 2 cookies over each glass and a few spoons of the quark mixture.
Repeat all the layers until the glasses are filled and end the desserts with a dash of coffee liqueur. Garnish with lemon basil and enjoy!
