Thoroughly rinse the red beets, carrots and sour apples. Remove any stickers from the apples. Slice the ends and ugly parts from the red beets. Slice the ends from the carrots too.
Core the apples and slice into small enough pieces that fit into the slow juicer. Repeat this step for the red beets and carrots.
Prepare the slow juicer and push all the prepared ingredients through the machine. You can refrigerate the beetroot, apple and carrot juice for up to two days. Enjoy!
