- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 6 basil leaves
- 1 mozzarella – you can also use mini mozzarellas
- pepper and salt to taste
Kitchen equipment needed
- cutting board & chef’s knife
- wooden skewers
Making the caprese skewers — 10 minutes
Drain the mozzarella and chop into cubes. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves and divide them both into halves.
Add half a tomato, half a basil leaf and a cube of mozzarella to a skewer. Repeat again to finish the skewer and then repeat for the other skewers. Season with pepper and salt and serve immediately. Enjoy!
