Making the carajillo -- 10 minutes

This cocktail doesn't need any preparation at all. Make the espresso with any coffee maker you have available. If you don't have any espresso, you can make some regular coffee, but make it extra strong.

Divide about 5 ice cubes per glass, pour in about 25 to 30 ml of licor 43. For the effect of the layers, use the back of a spoon to carefully pour in the espresso.

For a foamy mixed cocktail, you need to use a cocktail shaker. Which one you choose doesn't really matter, cause both versions are amazing. Enjoy!
