  • 50 grams (1.75 ounces) unsalted butter on room temperature
  • 1 can or 397 grams (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 grams (14 ounces) of dark chocolate

For those of you who thought creating a fudge is hard: you're wrong! It's actually super easy to make, in less than 10 minutes of preparation and 2 hours of waiting, you can create your own delicious dark chocolate fudge! Great for serving with a homemade Vanilla ice cream hot coffee

Preparation needed -- 10 minutes

Melt 50 grams of unsalted butter in the small saucepan on low heat.  when melted, pour in 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, whisk together until smooth.

Roughly chop up 400 grams of dark chocolate and add that to the mixture. Whisk until smooth.

Cooling the chocolate fudge -- 2 hours

Pour the mixture into a pre-lined baking tray. Cool the chocolate fudge for at least 2 hours before serving. Remove the fudge from the refrigerator and slice into bite-sized chunks.

The chocolate fudge can be kept for up to 5 days in a sealed container, enjoy!
