For those of you who thought creating a fudge is hard: you’re wrong! It’s actually super easy to make, in less than 10 minutes preparation and 2 hours of waiting, you can create your own delicious dark chocolate fudge! Great for serving with a homemade Vanilla ice cream hot coffee
Ingredients
- 50 grams (1.75 ounces) unsalted butter on room temperature
- 1 can or 397 grams (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
- 400 grams (14 ounces) of dark chocolate

Kitchen equipment needed
- Small saucepan
- Whisk
- Oven dish
- Parchment paper
- Chef’s knife + cutting board
Preparation needed — 10 minutes
MELT 50 grams of unsalted butter in the small saucepan on low heat. When melted, pour in 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, whisk together until smooth. ROUGHLY chop up 400 grams of dark chocolate and add that in the mixture. WHISK until smooth.

Cooling the chocolate fudge — 2 hours
POUR the mixture into a pre-lined baking tray. COOL the chocolate fudge for at least 2 hours before serving. REMOVE the fudge from the refrigerator and slice into bite-sized chunks. The chocolate fudge can be kept for up to 5 days in a sealed container, enjoy!
