Making the cointreau fizz blood orange cocktail — 5 minutes
Squeeze the juice from 2,5 blood oranges and 1 lime using a citrus juicer into a bowl, then mix together. First you want to rim your glass. This means you want to create the good looking sugar edges on your glasses. First dip them a little bit into the blood orange mixture and then into the white caster sugar, or any other kind of sugar you like.

Fill the glasses about 1/3 full with the mixture. Add about 0,5 dl Cointreau per glass and gently fill the glasses with sparkling water.
We had a half blood orange left, so we gonna cut it into slices. Finish the glasses off with the blood orange slices and mint leaves.
