Pre-heat the oven to 210 degrees celsius or 410 degrees fahrenheit. Coat the ramekins with butter and a small layer of flour. Beat the eggs and egg yolks using the standmixer until they're fluffy.
Add the dulce de leche and gradually add the flour until you've reached a smooth cake batter.
Fill the small ramekins for about 3/4th with the cake batter. Bake the cakes in the oven for about 10 minutes, the inside should be a bit runny.
The exact time can vary because of the size of the cakes and the oven you're using. Serve immediately and enjoy!
