Thaw the shrimps in a bowl first if needed, you can easily do this by placing them in lukewarm water. Pat them dry using paper kitchen towels. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
Add 6 or more tablespoons of olive oil to a skillet along with the garlic. Sauté until the oil has absorbed the garlic completely before you also add the shrimps.
Season with pepper, salt and a teaspoon of ground chili.
Cook the shrimps a few minutes and finely chop the parsley. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the shrimps if you like. Transfer the garlic shrimps to 1 or 2 small bowls.
Garnish with parsley and a slice of lemon if you like. Enjoy!
