Ingredients
- 1.5 liter sangria
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 sour apple
- half melon (e.g. Cantaloupe)
- handful of white grapes
- handful of fresh mint leaves
You can also make your own sangria with (about 1 liter) red wine and (about 200 ml) orange liqueur, but for this quick version we use store-bought sangria.

Kitchen equipment needed
- cutting board & chef’s knife
Making red sangria — 15 minutes
Rinse the fruit and cut the oranges, lemon and lime into small wedges. Remove the core of the apple and cut the apple into small pieces. Remove the seeds and peel of the melon and also chop into small pieces.
Cut the grapes in half and add all the fruit to a large pitcher. Rinse and add the mint leaves.

Pour in the sangria and refrigerate until cold. This sangria is even better the next day, enjoy!
