This super-easy dessert does not require loads of time in the kitchen, which does not mean its flavour is any less delicious.
This is a perfect recipe for every day of the week dessert, even when you might not feel like making a dessert since it's super easy and quick to make. So let's get started!
Heat up the small (sauce) pan on medium-high heat, no need to add in olive oil or butter. Add in the pecan nuts, roast them for about 4 - 5 minutes while stirring. Turn off the heat and set it aside.
Grab a large bowl and add in 500 gram of greek yoghurt along with 150 gram of mascarpone cheese and a squeeze of honey. Mix together using either a whisk or spoon.
Add more honey to liking. Grab two smaller bowls and pour in the greek yoghurt mixture. Add a small handful of blueberries and roasted pecan nuts on top and more honey. Enjoy!
