Preparation -- 30 minutes

If you want to create your own pizza crust, it's best to start with this recipe because the dough needs time to rise. Create 6 strips of red bell pepper along with 1 lager piece.

Cut the pieces into a 'bow' as shown in the photo. Chop the rest of the red bell pepper, and the green and yellow bell pepper into small cubes. Also peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.

Add about 250 ml passata to a small bowl and season with finely chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, 1 tablespoon dried thyme, pepper and salt.

Divide half a chorizo sausage into not too thick slices and half a handful of black olives.

Finishing the Holiday wreath pizza -- 15 minutes

Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees celsius or 390 degrees fahrenheit. Create a round pizza using a rolling-pin and some flour. You can use a bowl to remove the middle circle of dough.

Use the middle circle to create a tiny pizza with the same toppings, no need to throw it out! cover the pizza crust with the passata mixture. Divide the ingredients over the pizza; the bell pepper cubes, olives, a bit of cheese, artichoke hearts and the chorizo slices.

Decorate the pizza with the "christmas bow" of bell pepper, as shown in the picture. Don't forget to also add some ingredients to the tiny circle from the middle.

Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15 -20 minutes. The exact time depends on the oven and thickness of the pizza crust. Check during baking if the crust is already crispy and the toppings are done.

Remove the pizza from the oven and serve immediately. Serve with a crispy salad, enjoy!
