- 120 ml tahin (sesame paste)
- 80 ml lukewarm water
- 2 garlic cloves
- juice of half a lemon
- salt to taste
- few sprigs of flat leaf parsley

Preparation — 5 minutes
PEEL the garlic cloves and divide them into halves. SQUEEZE the juice from the lemon. Finely CHOP the parsley and set aside.
Finishing the homemade tahini sauce — 5 minutes
COMBINE tahin, garlic cloves, lukewarm water and lemon juice in a small blender until you’ve reached a smooth sauce. SEASON with salt and serve with finely chopped parsley.
SERVE this tahini sauce as a dipping sauce with vegetables or pita bread. Enjoy!
