Peel the garlic cloves and divide them into halves. Squeeze the juice from the lemon. Finely chop the parsley and set it aside.
Combine tahin (sesame paste), garlic cloves, lukewarm water and lemon juice in a small blender until you've reached a smooth sauce. Season with salt and serve with finely chopped parsley.
Serve this tahini sauce as a dipping sauce with vegetables or pita bread. Enjoy!
