  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • optional: parsley for garnish

Preparation -- 15 minutes

Remove any excess fat or muscles from the chicken breasts. Combine juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons mustard, 4 tablespoons honey and a teaspoon of paprika powder in a medium-sized bowl.

Place the chicken into the mixture and make sure they're all coated and let them marinate shortly.

Finishing the honey mustard chicken -- 15 minutes

Heat olive oil in a medium-sized skillet. Remove the chicken breasts from the sauce and cook them for a few minutes on both sides. Pour in the sauce and a dash of water, put the lid on and let the chicken cook for about 5 minutes.

The exact time depends on the size and thickness of the chicken breasts. Serve the chicken with the sauce, a salad and some potatoes. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
