Making the Indian spiced yogurt marinade — 10 minutes + waiting time
Making this marinade is super easy. PEEL and finely cop the onion and garlic cloves. SQUEEZE the juice from the lime and combine this with the yogurt, onion and garlic. Then ADD all the spices and stir until you’ve reached a smooth mixture.
This marinade will be best with chicken, we used chicken thighs and then grilled them on the barbecue. The longer you marinate the chicken, the tastier they will become, but for at least one hour. We ate this spiced chicken with a refreshing cucumber salad. Enjoy!
