Preparation -- 5 minutes

Combine flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. You can use a standmixer or create the batter using a large bowl and a whisk.

Add full fat milk and an egg and whisk until you've reached a smooth batter. Add 4 tablespoons of maple syrup to the batter.

Finishing the maple pancakes -- 10 minutes

Heat a knob of butter in a large skillet on low heat. Add 2 spoons of batter at a time and wait a few minutes. If you'll see air bubbles at the top of the pancakes, it's time to turn them over.

Repeat until all the batter have been used. Place the pancakes on top of each other to keep them warm. Pour over some more maple syrup, enjoy!
