Peel the pears, if you use very ripe pears the sorbet will be more delicious. Remove the core and blend the pears in a blender until they're as smooth as possible.
Add zest and juice of half a lemon along with 50 grams of sugar.
Pour the smooth mixture into the ice cream maker and set it to about 40 minutes. The exact time depends on the type of machine you're using.
If you're serving the sorbet immediately, it will be a bit soft. Pour the sorbet in an airtight container and set in the freezer to set. Enjoy!
