Preparation -- 5 minutes

Peel the garlic cloves and add them to the small blender. Remove the seeds of the peppers and add the peppers into large chunks into the blender.

Squeeze the juice from the lemons and pour it into the blender, the liquid will help the blender to blend the garlic and peppers easier.

Finishing the piri piri marinade -- 5 minutes + waiting time

Combine white wine vinegar along with oregano, thyme and cumin in the medium-sized bowl. Add the garlic and pepper mixture and season with salt and olive oil.

You can use this amazing marinade with beef like we did, but it's also amazing with chicken. Let it marinate for at least an hour, the acid will tenderise the meat.

This piri piri beef (or chicken) is great for your next barbecue, but you can also cook them in a pan. Enjoy!
