If you want to make your own pizza dough, you can follow our recipe here. The dough has to rise, so it's recommended to start with the dough. You can also use a store-bought pizza crust.
For a very easy but flavorful garlic sauce, you simply combine yoghurt and mayonnaise. Peel and chop the garlic cloves as fine as you can. Add the garlic to the yoghurt and mayonnaise and season with pepper and salt.
The tomato sauce is even easier! combine tomato paste with a tablespoon of water, dried oregano and again season with pepper and salt.
Lightly dust your work surface and roll out your pizza dough. We shaped it as a heart for valentine's day (or mother's day) but you can of course just shape the pizza any way you like.
Divide the tomato paste on the bottom, leaving the edges free.
Mix minced meat with pepper and salt and crumble onto the pizza. Top with a bit of grated cheese and bake for about 25 minutes at 100 degrees fahrenheit or 210 degrees celsius, or until the crust has become golden brown.
Slice a few leaves of iceberg lettuce in strips and divide over the pizza. Add the garlic sauce and enjoy!
