Brush the italian bread rolls with olive oil and grill for 5 minutes. The olive oil will make the bread extra crispy and delicious. Cut the ripe tomatoes into thin slices.
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Peel and finely chop 2 cloves of garlic and mix with four spoonfuls of mayonnaise and lemon juice. Whisk well to combine.
Cut the italian bread rolls in half, using a bread knife. Spread 1 side of each slice with the garlic mayonnaise.
Add some romaine lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Lay 2 slices of prosciutto over the lettuce and tomato, and place the other half of the bread roll on top. Enjoy your meal!
