Rinse the tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Remove the seeds from the jalapeño if you like a milder version and finely chop the pepper.
Finely chop the parsley.
Combine tomatoes with the finely chopped garlic and jalapeño. Season with ground cumin and add the chopped parsley or cilantro.
For the best result you can wait about an hour so the flavors will enhance, but that's not necessary. Serve as a dip for tortilla chips, enjoy!
