Preparation -- 5 minutes

In the small bowl, mix two tablespoons smoked paprika together with half a tablespoon coarse sea salt using a fork. Add in the unsalted roasted almonds into the bowl with the smoked paprika and sea salt.

Add about 2 tablespoons olive oil, then coat all of the almonds. Prepare the baking tray by adding a sheet of greaseproof paper on it. Pre-heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees celsius or 390 degrees fahrenheit.

Roasting the almonds with smoked paprika -- 8 minutes

Spread out the almonds over the baking tray, then place it into the pre-heated oven. Roast the almonds nice and dark in about 6 - 8 minutes time, depending on how powerful the oven is.

Remove the almonds from the oven, let cool off to room temperature. Enjoy this delicious snack!
