Roasted spiced cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1,5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1,5 teaspoon ground chili
  • 1,5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0,5 teaspoo ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • olive oil
  • pepper and salt to taste

Roasted Spiced Cauliflower

Preparation -- 5 minutes

Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees celsius or 390 degrees fahrenheit. Divide the cauliflower into florets and add them to the large bowl. Divide the spiced over the cauliflower florets and make sure they're all equally coated.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper and salt.

Finishing the roasted spiced cauliflower -- 20 minutes

Divide the coated cauliflower florets over the oven tray lined with parchment paper and roast them in the oven for about 20 minutes. Stir them a few times during baking so they'll get equally crispy.

Serve as a side dish or you can also serve them as a snack/tapas. Enjoy!
