Preparation -- 5 minutes

Note: buy a can of boneless salmon, otherwise you'll need to pick those out first. You might have seen sandwich spreads at the supermarket, don't buy those! using this recipe you can make your own hassle-free home-made salmon spread in no-time!

Rinse and peel 1/2 a granny smith apple. Core and finely dice the apple using your chef's knife, add it to the large bowl.  rinse and finely chop 1-2 spring onions, add into the large bowl.

Drain liquid from the can of salmon. You can use fresh salmon for this recipe too, but we wanted to keep the recipe cheap.

Smash the small clove of garlic with your chef's knife and finely chop it, and add to the mix.
