Ingredients
- 2 chicken fillets
- 10 drops of lemon juice
- 10 drops of tabasco
- olive oil
- pepper and salt to taste
- optional: parsley for garnish

Kitchen equipment needed
- cutting board & chef’s knife
- medium-sized bowl
- grill pan or BBQ
- meat tongs
- small wooden skewers
Preparation — 5 minutes + waiting time
REMOVE excess fat and muscles from the chicken fillets. CUT the fillets into bite-size pieces. COMBINE the pieces of chicken in the medium-sized bowl along with the freshly squeezed lemon juice, pepper, salt and tabasco. You can add more or less tabasco depending on hot you like your chicken. Cover with cling film, refrigerate and marinate for at least an hour.

Grilling the spicy marinated chicken skewers — 10 minutes
Get your wooden skewers ready and lace the chicken pieces onto the skewers.
HEAT your grill pan, drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the chicken skewers. GRILL them on both sides for about 3 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken pieces.
We made small skewers to share them with friends with a bunch of other tapas, but you can also make large ones and enjoy them as a main meal. Enjoy them with garlic sauce, aioli or even satay sauce!
Yummy looking.
Thanks, cute right :D
