Making the strawberry goat cheese salad — 5 minutes
Wash the mixed greens, then dry and tore it into bite sized pieces. Gather all the strawberries and pick off the green tops from every strawberry. Slice the strawberries to the size you want them to be. Grab a nice big bowl, put in the mixed greens and strawberries. Crumble the goat cheese on top of the salad.

Making the dressing — 5 minutes
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt and honey until the mixture is well combined. It’s also possible to shake it up in a mason jar to make it ready for pouring. You can add the dressing to the goat cheese salad or serve with the salad to let your guests decide for themselves how much dressing they would like on their salad.
Many thanks to our lovely niece Mandy Molin for letting us use her pretty nails for the photograph :-)
