Making the strawberry and goat cheese salad 5 minutes

Wash the mixed salad leaves and tear them into bite-sized pieces. Wash the strawberries and remove the crowns. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces.

Add the salad leaves to a large bowl, and mix through the sliced strawberries. Crumble the goat cheese over the top of the salad.

Making the vinaigrette 5 minutes

In a bowl, mix together the balsamic vinegar, sea salt and honey until the mixture is well combined. Gradually add the olive oil, whisking until smooth.

You can dress the goat cheese salad with the vinaigrette, or serve it separately so that your guests can decide for themselves how much dressing they would like.
