Preparation -- 5 minutes

Wash the fresh strawberries, get rid of any gunk, sand or other debris. Do the same for the fresh mint leaves. Slice 10 strawberries into thin slices and zest the lemon.

Add a thin layer of water on one of the small plates. Pour and divide a layer of sugar on the other plate. Continue to the next step.

Finishing up the strawberry wine punch -- 5 minutes

Make sure you are working with clean glasses (duh?). Dip the edge of the glass in the thin layer of water, then dip the edge in the sugar to create a sugary edge. Repeat for the other glass.

Pour in the strawberry wine, add in 4-5 sliced strawberries and a small handful of fresh mint leaves. Squeeze in a small amount of the lemon juice and add in the lemon zest.

Repeat this step for the other glass. Strawberry wine punch is best served cold. You can add in an ice cube if you want it to be quick, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before serving.
