- 6 ripe fresh figs
- 2 slices of cured ham
- 1 tablespoon plain cream cheese
Kitchen equipment needed
- kitchen towel or paper towel
- cutting board & small knife
Preparation — 5 minutes
Rinse the figs if needed, be careful if the figs are really ripe and pat them dry using a kitchen or paper towel.
Remove the stems and and slice them into 4 quarters from above, but keep the bottom intact.
Divide a slice of ham into pieces and add them to the figs. Add a bit of cream cheese on top and serve immediately. Enjoy!
