Preparation – 5 minutes

Mix corn flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. You can use all-purpose flour if you can't find corn flour. Keep on mixing with a wooden spoon and add the egg.

Now pour in the milk little by little to create a smooth batter. Drain the corn kernels and add them to the batter.

Baking the sweet corn cookies – 10 minutes

Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and flatten them with your hands. Heat up about 4 tablespoons of oil in the large skillet. Carefully place the cookies in the skillet and cook on each side for about 3 minutes on medium heat.

Or until both sides or beautiful golden brown. Transfer them to paper kitchen towels to get rid of the extra oil. Enjoy!
