  • 1 endive
  • 1 sour apple - e.g. Granny smith
  • 4 small sour pickles
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • pepper and salt to taste

Making the tuna and endive boats -- 10 minutes

Rinse the endive and remove any ugly or bad leaves. Peel and finely chop the apple. Also chop the pickles as fine as possible.

Combine the finely chopped apple and pickles with tuna and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise in a bowl and season with pepper and salt.

Tear the leaves of the endive and fill each leaf with a bit of tuna salad. Serve immediately and enjoy!
