Making the warming winter apple aperitif-- 5 minutes

This is a very easy beverage, perfect as an aperitif at your christmas dinner or at the fire-place when it's cold outside. There's no preparation needed. Pour the apfelkorn in the small pan along with the cloves, star anise, cardamom pods and cinnamon.

Rinse the apple, chop into slices and also add them to the pan and put the lid on. Let the beverage heat up for a few minutes. Don't let it on the stove for too long, otherwise the alcohol will evaporate.
