Preparation -- 10 minutes

Remove the rind of the watermelon and add the watermelon together with the juice of half a lemon in a blender. Then add powdered sugar or possibly honey and pass it all through a sieve to remove the seeds.

Finishing the watermelon sorbet -- 40 minutes

Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and turn on until the sorbet is frozen. The time depends on the type of machine you're using. It takes mostly about 40 minutes in our machine, but sometime a bit longer.

Transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and store in the freezer. Nice and fresh with a sprig of mint, enjoy!
