There is no preparation needed for this recipe, but you can create the chocolate sauce yourself if you want to. You can skip this step if you don't want to make your own chocolate sauce (it's easy!).
This will make enough chocolate sauce for about 4 people. Gently heat up 200 ml heavy cream and when it's warm enough, add 100 grams of unsweetened chocolate droplets.
Whisk gently until combined, let cool off to room temperature and scoop over the chocolate sauce using a spoon or more ideally a piping bag.
Trim the ends of both bananas and remove the fruit. Slice the banana fruit in half and place it on a nice big plate. Scoop one big spoonful of vanilla ice cream and place it onto the sliced banana (using the ice cream scoop).
Repeat this step for the chocolate ice cream. Add 3 'dots' of whipped cream next to the ice cream and sprinkle the nougatine nuts over them. Add chocolate sauce, cherries, sugared waffles and serve immediately before it melts. Enjoy!
