Classic saltimbocca is made from veal cutlets, but you can easily use beef or even chicken. Serve with a silky smooth celeriac puree and Brussels sprouts.

Gravatar van Art Man that's so mouth watering! I'd love to make this too but I would have a hard time finding veal. I can always use beef as you pointed out but I really want to try this recipe with veal.

Gravatar van Ohmydish Thanks! The first supermarket we walked in, didn't had veal. But the next one, a much larger one, had all sorts of it! So I hope you'll find it, but even if you're going to use beef, the flavors will be amazing :)
