Cocktail recipes

You can either pre-chill the glasses in the fridge or place ice cubes in them which you remove just before pouring the cocktail in.

Add a handful of ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Use a jigger to measure the vanilla vodka, Passoa, passion fruit juice and lime juice and add them to the shaker.

Cut the passion fruit in half and loosen the seeds with a small spoon. Pour champagne into the two small glasses.

Add the egg white to the shaker and shake it for half a minute until a nice layer of foam has formed.

Pour the pornstar martini cocktail into the martini glasses without ice cubes, top with half a passion fruit and serve immediately.
