This recipe looks great - I have heard that using metal skewers helps the meat cook more evenly, as the heat is spread to the inside of the meat. have you heard this? Or using wooden skewers is exactly the same? They are definitely more convenient!

Thanks! Never heard or experienced that, I just love the wooden skewers immediately go into the trash ;)
