Gravatar van Johanna Olá,Thanks for the recepy. I loved these cheese-soufflees in Holland but did not know how to make them. Here we have "pastel de queijo"..ready-made dough filled with cheese and deep fried. No breadcrumbs no egg. Can also be filled with shrimp, meat etc, a popular snack.

Gravatar van Priya Can’t wait to try this out! Fell in love with the ones in Holland and have been craving them ever since. Do you have any tips on making them and freezing them in advance to fry later on?

Gravatar van Ohmydish Hi Priya, they're so delicious indeed! You can make them in advance, freeze them on a tray or plate lined with cling film. If they're frozen, transfer them to a ziplock bag. That way they won't stick together and you can fry as much as you want at once and keep the rest in the freezer :)

Gravatar van CV Has anybody tried to make these using an air fryer? Or otherwise make these in an oven?

Gravatar van Ohmydish Hi, I have never tried making them in an airfryer or oven. I think it should be possible, but it won't taste as good as deep frying them of course. Have a great day!
