Roasted chicken with 40 cloves of garlic is SO amazingly juicy. Wait what did you say? Yes, you'll really need forty garlic cloves and you won't regret it!
I don't mind a bit of garlic but that's a crazy amount. ;) 
Hi! It sure is, but the garlic gets really tender and soft. By the way, you're only eating the chicken, not the garlic :)
