Ingredients
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 celery stalk
- a handful of fresh basil leaves
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt

- A blender
- Chef’s knife + cutting board
Preparation — 5 minutes
Preparing this smoothie takes no time at all. CLEAN and dice the two tomatoes. You can remove the seeds if you prefer. CLEAN the celery stalk using running water and chop off the ugly parts on both ends.

Making the tomato celery basil smoothie — 5 minutes
ADD a handful of fresh basil leaves, chopped tomatoes, 1 cup plain low-fat yoghurt and a pinch of salt into the blender. BLEND until smooth, pour in a nice large glass. Add the celery stalk (yummy!) to the glass and enjoy!
