You can opt to remove the seeds from the red chillies if you want your dip to be less spicy.
Peel the garlic clove and add it to the blender together with the tomato purée. Blend, and add a small dash of sunflower oil to make a smooth dip.
Cut the tortillas into small triangles. Place the tortilla triangles on a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Spread the tortilla triangles with sunflower oil using a silicone brush.
Bake the tortilla chips at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and immediately season with salt. Serve your tortilla chips with the red pepper chilli sauce, and enjoy!
