Making the strawberry anise quark dessert -- 5 minutes

PUT the strawberries apart from the ones we put aside into the blender. Add the cube or stick of anise along with the quark and pour in two tablespoons of sugar. BLEND until completely smooth, divide the blended mixture over four (whiskey) glasses.

QUICKLY clean the inside of your blender, then put in 7 cleaned strawberries along and puré until juicy. DECORATE each glass with the strawberry slices and pour over the strawberry juice.

Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day. Enjoy!
