Making the Andalouse sauce – 5 minutes

Squeeze juice from the lemon and mix this together with the tomato puree, vinegar, chilli powder and mayonnaise.

When using a sweeter variety of mayonnaise, like most dutch variants, add in a teaspoon of mustard.

No need to add in extra mustard when using belgian or french mayonnaise. Season the andalouse sauce with a teaspoon of salt. Enjoy!
