Andalouse sauce is a well known condiment in Belgium and available at every 'friterie'. A delicious sauce for on fries or a burger.

Squeeze juice from the lemon and mix this together with the tomato puree, vinegar, chilli powder and mayonnaise.
When using a sweeter variety of mayonnaise, like most Dutch variants, add in a teaspoon of mustard.
No need to add in extra mustard when using Belgian or French mayonnaise. Season the Andalouse sauce with a teaspoon of salt. Enjoy!
