You probably usually buy store-bought shawarma in the supermarket. But did you know that they're actually just strips of pork in a delicious spice mix?

You can make this spice mix yourself, without additives, pure spices.

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • half teaspoon pepper
  • Half teaspoon ground cumin seeds
  • teaspoon ground coriander seeds
  • Half teaspoon paprika powder
  • Half teaspoon ginger powder
  • Half teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Half teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Half teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
