Sweet potato gnocchi are little pillows of love. Heat them in some butter for a crunchy outside and a soft inside, so delicious!
They're beautiful. I've only tried making them once but really should give them another try. I was afraid to add too much flour/knead too much so they held up to boiling but I thought they could actually have stood a bit more. 
Don't be afraid, just try and you will be just fine!
