Spice mixes are easy to make at home, just like this fish seasoning. You can easily adjust them to your own taste, which makes them even more ideal! No mortar involved, cause this spice mix uses all ground spices.


  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon ground white pepper

Combine all spices in a small bowl. You can now store these for a long time (at least a year) in a jar.
