Making your own spice mixes is so much more delicious than using store-bought mixes, only spices without all kinds of artifical additives and too much salt. With a cabinet filled with spices, you can spice up all your dishes. You can vary endless, try it yourself and you'll never want to go for store-bought again!

Making taco seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground chili
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder

If you're using ground spices, all you have to do is combine them in a small bowl. If you're using some whole spices, you need to grind them in a mortal first.
