WASH the strawberries and grapes. REMOVE the strawberry crowns, peel the kiwi and cut into slices. Set all the fruit aside and start making the chocolate mixture.
Use your chef's knife to cut the chocolate into small pieces.
HEAT the cream in the small saucepan over medium heat. STIR in the chocolate until a smooth mixture forms. STIR in a splash of the Cointreau and that's all there is to it. It's so easy and the taste is amazing!
Light the fondue sets candle to keep it warm and runny. Use the wooden skewers for dipping the fruit and/or marshmallows into the soft and smooth chocolate.
