- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour + extra

- 440 gram dulce de leche (1 can)

Preparation — 10 minutes
PRE-HEAT the oven to 210 degrees celsius or 410 degrees fahrenheit. COAT the ramekins with butter and a small layer of flour.
BEAT the eggs and egg yolks using the standmixer until they’re fluffy. ADD the dulce de leche and gradually ADD the flour until you’ve reached a smooth cake batter.
Finishing the dulce de leche mini cakes — 10 minutes
FILL the small ramekins for about 3/4th with the cake batter. BAKE the cakes in the oven for about 10 minutes, the inside should be a bit runny. The exact time can vary because of the size of the cakes and the oven you’re using. SERVE immediately and enjoy!
